The Youth Employability Program (YEP) is a unique program in the Middle East that equips youth with the knowledge, skills and abilities that are needed to succeed in today’s global marketplace within the development and humanitarian sectors. This program is designed to bridge the gap between education and employment, aiming to transform theoretical knowledge, skills and ability into practical expertise. Until now, 25 young people coming from diverse backgrounds, regions and nationalities have participated in this program.
