Min ila is proudly governed by a Board of Directors that is elected every two years by the General Assembly. The rest of the team consists of our dedicated interns that always have an important role to play in the development of our organization. Supported by generous people who have become our partners, the team is the backbone of the organization that keeps us striving for more. The Board of Directors are a group of passionate leaders ready to bring the cause of Min ila to life.

Tala is a highly accomplished professional with over 11 years of experience serving in non-profit executive positions across various sectors, including non-governmental organizations, philanthropy, aid agencies, and academia. She has a proven track record of creating, scaling, and optimizing systems, strategies, and programs that positively impact people’s lives. Tala is also a lecturer and a talented career coach, specializing in the development of young people’s talents and agility in an ever-changing world.

In 2012, he was selected as the Rector of the Saint Joseph University. He is constantly active in several cultural and religious dialogues across the region with the title “Pluralisme, citoyenneté et vivre-ensemble: la salut vient-il de l’école” in one of his principal works.
